About the WeSayThat! extension
WeSayThat! is a Firefox extension that notifies you if the current page has been added to wesaythat.com and checks for comments. It puts a small bubbble icon on the statusbar (bottom/left corner).
How to use?
Just surf the internet as You always do. If the current opened page would be added to wesaythat.com, the icon will turn blue (if there are no comments the icon is gray). By moving the mouse over the icon You can see how much comments are submitted. By clicking on it (whenever are there any comments or not) the respective site on wesaythat.com will be opened.
